At Majic, every piece is made with care, and we stand behind the quality of our products. Because of the nature of our small-scale production, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange only if:

• You received the wrong item (size, color, or style not as ordered)

• The item is defective or damaged due to our handling

How to Request a Return

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package by emailing majic58clothing@gmail.com  with the following:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item received

Once verified, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
